WHM, LLC d/b/a Luxury Resorts (LXR) is a hospitality company the focuses on luxury hotels and owns The Golden Door Spa. It was formed when Blackstone spilt Wyndham Resorts and kept the Luxury Hotels and launched an IPO for Wyndham. It renamed all the properties. After the Acquisition of Hilton Hotels Corporation by Blackstone, it started to rename some of the properties as Hilton or member of The Waldorf=Astoria Collection.
