The Verizon Wireless Virginia Beach Amphitheater is a 20,000 seat outdoor concert venue located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The amphitheatre opened in 1996; since then, it has hosted performances by artists including Nickelback, Coldplay, Dave Matthews Band, Phish, Shania Twain, Kenny Chesney, Jimmy Buffett, 311 (band), Aerosmith, Rascal Flatts, Mary J. Blige, Steely Dan, and Gwen Stefani. The venue also hosts the Vans Warped Tour and Ozzfest.

The amphitheater has 5 well-lit and secure parking lots that are all adjacent to the facility. The parking fee is included in the price of tickets for most shows. Premier parking (located near the Main Gate) may be purchased on a first-come, first-served basis.

For most shows there is a designated "roped off" area on the lawn that is smoke and alcohol free.

A wide variety of food is offered at concession stands, but for most shows, the amphitheater staff allow guests to bring in most food items as long as they fit in a one gallon, clear Ziploc style bag, which must be shown to a member of the staff when entering the facility. Guests can bring one factory sealed bottle of water in as well.
